Canadian advertising standards prohibit pharmaceutical products from stating what they are designed to do. So we had to take a - how do we put it - softer approach. We knew couples often take romantic vacations to rekindle the magic. ‘Clalis Staycations’ parodied classic travel ads, but instead of advertising a trip, they advertised a ‘staycation’ that treated the home as the ultimate romantic destination. The campaign used playful and suggestive language.
